Documents Required for Oil and Sugar Distribution in Artsakh

In Artsakh, parental and underage child identification documents are required to receive oil and sugar. This was announced by the Ministry of Social Development and Migration of the Artsakh Republic.

It is noted that families residing in Stepanakert with underage children who have not yet benefited from the aid in the form of oil and sugar must present themselves at the administrative building located at 54 Azatamartikneri Street starting from July 25 to receive the assistance. To obtain the aid, one must present the original identification documents of one of the parents and the underage children, along with public service identification numbers (social security card).
