Body of Child Recovered from Debed River
On July 18, at 14:19, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a 14-year-old child had fallen into the Debed River in the village of Hakhtanak, Tavush province.
A firefighting-rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, along with a special water rescue unit and an operational group, were dispatched to the scene using a drone.
Before the rescuers arrived, local forces managed to recover the child's body from the river and handed it over to the emergency medical staff.
