Turkey Seriously Concerned About the Installation of the 'Nemesis' Monument in Armenia, Turkish Official

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation from the Turkish Grand National Assembly headed by the chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee, Fuat Oktay, Azerbaijani media report.

The parties confirmed that relations are developing based on the principle of "one nation, two states." He also noted the issues of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey in the fields of energy, education, military, military-technical, defense, and others.

Fuat Oktay emphasized Turkey’s serious concern regarding the installation of the 'Nemesis' monument in Armenia. Aliyev, for his part, reiterated that the installation of the 'Nemesis' monument in Armenia is unacceptable.

Referring to the development of military and military-technical cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey, Aliyev stated that President Erdogan’s participation in the opening of a new central command center for air forces in Baku is another example of the development of cooperation between our countries in the military sphere.
