Belarusian Minister of Transport and Communications Passes Away Unexpectedly
Alexey Avramenko, the Minister of Transport of Belarus, has passed away. This information has been reported by Sputnik Belarus, citing the Ministry of Transport of Belarus.
"Alexey Avramenko, the Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 47 on July 4," the statement said.
The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Avramenko was born in 1977 in Minsk. Since 2006, he has held various positions in the Transport and Communications Department of the Council of Ministers of Belarus. In 2012, he headed the Transport and Communications Department of the Council of Ministers.
From 2013, he served as the Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications, and from 2016, he held the position of First Deputy Minister. In 2019, he was appointed Minister of Transport and Communications of Belarus.
It should be noted that in November 2022, the Belarusian Foreign Minister passed away under unclear circumstances.
