Wagner Group Has Received 860 Billion Rubles in State Contracts

The Wagner group, founded by Yevgeny Prigozhin, has received nearly 860 billion rubles through state contracts, while its Concord holding has provided services worth 845 billion rubles, stated television presenter Dmitry Kiselev during the broadcast of "Vesti Nedeli" on the Russia 1 channel.

Kiselev noted, "The private military company Wagner, established by Yevgeny Prigozhin, has received just over 858 billion rubles from contracts with the state." Earlier in the week, President Vladimir Putin announced that Prigozhin had earned 80 billion rubles in just one year through military commerce by supplying food and providing logistical services to the army. According to the President, the core of Wagner's content was on the shoulders of the state.
