Azerbaijani Armed Forces Fire at Individual Engaged in Agricultural Work in Artsakh

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that shots were fired from an Azerbaijani military position towards a citizen engaged in agricultural work.

On June 25, around 16:00, 22-year-old Mikayel Mejlumyan from the village of Myurishen in the Martuni region was working with a tractor in the fields on the left side of the road leading from Myurishen to Avdur. Various small arms fire was directed at him from nearby Azerbaijani military positions.

The agricultural work was halted due to the gunfire. The report has been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces. Fortunately, there were no casualties.

Earlier, we reported that the Artsakh Defense Army announced that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had violated the ceasefire using small arms.
