Restrictions Imposed in Moscow Region
Public, mass, ceremonial, and other events in the Moscow region have been suspended until July 1. Events organized with the participation of authorities are an exception, as stated in the governor's decree.
"Certain restrictions have been imposed in connection with the anti-terrorist operation in the Moscow region. I have decided to suspend the following events in the Moscow region until July 1, 2023: protocol, sports, physical culture, entertainment, and more," the document states.
It was also noted that festive and celebratory events in educational institutions, including those held indoors, have been suspended. Additionally, public events have been halted, with the exception of those organized by officials or by the state authorities of the Moscow region or with their participation.
