It is noted that this decision currently pertains to only one of the city’s districts. According to local media, the military commissar's order for Kyiv's Obolonsky district has been published within the territorial center's group.

According to the document, within ten days, responsible individuals must report to the military enlistment office for military service. This requirement also applies to those who have not yet received call-up or mobilization orders. A similar measure was previously declared in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
