Russia Gradually Decreases Its Dependency on Oil, Says Putin
Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, stated that Russia is gradually moving away from its "oil needle", a trend that is gaining momentum. This was reported by kommersant.ru.
"The Russian audience may remember and know that we have always asked, 'When will we get off the oil and gas needle?' Well, this trend is gradually gaining strength," said the Russian president.
