Toivo Klaar Visits Armenia
The EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Georgian crisis, Toivo Klaar, is arriving in Armenia. He announced this in a Twitter post.
“Flight to Yerevan to continue fulfilling EU commitments at a high level,” Klaar wrote.
According to Azerbaijani media, Toivo Klaar will also visit Azerbaijan. The exact date of the possible visit to Azerbaijan is not mentioned, but it is known that it will take place following the visit to Armenia.
