Ukraine Has the Right to Defend Itself Both Within its Borders and Beyond: UK Foreign Office

The UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly commented on the drone attacks on Moscow, stating that Ukraine has the right to conduct strikes against the Russian Federation beyond its borders, according to TASS.

“Ukraine has a legitimate right to defend itself. It has the legal right to do this within its territory, as well as to project its power beyond its borders to disrupt Russian forces,” said the UK Foreign Secretary.

It is worth noting that Moscow and the surrounding region were attacked by drones early Tuesday morning. As a result, several buildings were damaged. According to authorities, no one required hospitalization, but some residents of the damaged buildings were evacuated while emergency services worked on the scene. The Ministry of Defense reported that the attack was carried out by the Kyiv regime.
