Video: Gevorg Papoyan Laughs During Kocharyan-Khachaturyan Debate

During a joint session of the National Assembly’s permanent committees, a debate took place between the 'Armenia' faction MP Arthur Khachatryan and the ruling party's Andranik Kocharyan.

“What Mr. Kocharyan said received more criticism directed at the police than I had imagined. He claims that 6 policemen turned a blind eye to the violation, while only one intervened. This means that according to Mr. Kocharyan, 6 out of 7 have no right to bear shoulder insignia... Why do you want to encourage that one?” Khachatryan addressed Andranik Kocharyan.

The video shows how KP MP Gevorg Papoyan is laughing during the debate. The reason for his laughter during a serious discussion remains unclear.
