Major Car Accident Occurs, Injuries Reported

Today, on May 29, a major car accident occurred in the Tavush region.

According to shamshyan.com, around 08:40, a head-on collision took place on the 19 km stretch of the Ijevan-Noyemberyan M16 highway, involving a Hummer with Russian license plates driven by 31-year-old Narek Nersisyan and a Volvo truck with Russian license plates driven by 54-year-old Artak Sadyan.

As a result of the accident, one person was taken to the Noyemberyan Medical Center with bodily injuries. The police and investigation department are currently trying to ascertain the identity of the injured party.
