Louis Bono Arrives in Armenia from Azerbaijan and Meets with Armen Grigoryan
On May 26, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan hosted Louis Bono, the senior advisor on Caucasus negotiations and the American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.
The two discussed issues related to the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, border delimitation and security, as well as questions concerning the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
Secretary Grigoryan presented the Armenian side's positions on the normalization of relations with Azerbaijan to Mr. Bono. They also discussed various matters on the agenda of bilateral relations between Armenia and the United States.
Bono arrived in Armenia from Azerbaijan, where he met with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov the previous day. Bayramov presented Azerbaijan's stance on the reopening of communication routes and border delimitation issues.
