Additional Restrictions to be Imposed under Martial Law in Artsakh: Araik Harutyunyan
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has signed decrees concerning additional restrictions imposed under martial law.
According to the President's decree, all gatherings are prohibited, with the exception of events aimed at exercising the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh. Additionally, gatherings organized on the occasions of holidays and memorial days of the Republic of Artsakh can only be held with the permission of the Artsakh government.
In another decree, the freedom of expression is limited, prohibiting the search for, receipt, and dissemination of information regarding the defense capacity, security, territorial integrity, sovereignty, constitutional or public order of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the normal development of the economy, including propaganda against them.
