Artsakh President to Deliver Address

The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, will deliver an address today, May 23, focusing on both internal and external issues.

This was confirmed in a conversation with Artsakhpress by the spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan.

It should be recalled that on May 22, during a press conference, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that Armenia is ready to recognize Azerbaijan's territorial integrity of 86.6 square kilometers, which also includes Nagorno-Karabakh. However, the rights and security of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh must be discussed through dialogue between Baku and Stepanakert.
