Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Travels to Turkey
Azerbaijan's Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov has traveled to Turkey at the invitation of Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar to observe the Anatolian Eagle-2023 international military exercises taking place in the city of Konya.
According to a statement published on the website of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, Hasanov will participate in the High-Level Observers Day, which will be held within the framework of the exercises.
The military drills involve personnel from the Azerbaijan Air Force, as well as representatives from Turkey, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and the United Kingdom.
Observer delegations from the United States, Australia, Ethiopia, Morocco, France, Georgia, Sweden, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Libya, Malaysia, and Jordan are also participating as observers.
