Artsakh Minister on Lentsov's Visit to Baku
The discussions held by Russian peacekeeping commander Lentsov in Baku have not yielded results. Artsakh Republic Minister Gurgen Nersisyan announced this on his Facebook page.
“Dear compatriots, as it is already known, the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces in Artsakh, led by General Lieutenant A. Lentsov, visited Baku this week to discuss the situation that has developed in Artsakh with the Azerbaijani side. Based on the outcomes of the discussions, it has not been possible to reach an agreement on positive changes in the situation and the restoration of the conditions outlined in the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020. A new meeting is planned in the shortest term, and we will inform you about the outcomes in due course,” wrote Nersisyan.
