Armenia’s Investigative Committee and TikTok Reach Cooperation Agreement
The Investigative Committee of Armenia and TikTok have reached an agreement on cooperation. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of Armenia.
Specifically, an agreement has been established between the Investigative Committee of Armenia and TikTok regarding the rapid response mechanisms for publishing information about serious and especially serious crimes on the company’s platform, as well as urgent information exchange, fully complying with legal requirements.
This cooperation aims to contribute to the prevention and deterrence of crimes within the online social platform, enhance the response time to potential criminal manifestations, and improve the effectiveness of solving these crimes.
