The President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, has stated that their team is the Armenian people, who have given their vote to them.  

“For us, the important thing is to maintain that relationship. If the people say, 'no, you know what, we do not accept your vision, we will leave and give our place to the force that the people will accept,'” Simonyan noted in a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly.  

Simonyan declared that he signs under the statements made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan yesterday.  

“I know what was said, and why it was said. I fully support it; there is not a single person in our team who says, 'you know, what the Prime Minister said was somewhat strange, new, or unclear,'” the President of the National Assembly emphasized.
