Aliyev Again Attempts to Deceive with 'Yerevan's Targeted Provocation'

Today, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received the Foreign Minister of North Macedonia, the current OSCE Chairman Bujar Osmani. President Aliyev commented on the incident that took place yesterday at the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, describing it as 'Yerevan's targeted provocation.'

Aliyev specifically stated, 'Peace negotiations with Armenia are proceeding in two directions. The first is the reintegration of the Armenian population of the Nagorno-Karabakh region. The second direction is the negotiations with Yerevan regarding a direct peace treaty and the normalization of relations.'

It should be noted that the OSCE Chairman is on a regional visit to the South Caucasus, and he will also visit Armenia and Georgia.
