Azerbaijan Again Violates Ceasefire by Targeting Civilians

On March 30, around 08:30, residents of the Berdashen community in the Martuni region, Senorik Alaverdyan and Genadi Sargsyan, were conducting agricultural work in a vineyard located in the administrative area known as 'Asphalt Under.' They came under fire from Azerbaijani servicemen stationed at a nearby combat post, according to the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The Azerbaijani forces opened fire with small arms toward the peaceful residents of Artsakh, resulting in the suspension of agricultural work.

On the same day, around 10:40, residents of the Taghavard village—Artur Firyay, Ararat and Shura Allaverdyan, Oleg Harutyunyan, Arsen Khachatryan, and Novik Gabrielyan—were also subjected to sporadic gunfire from Azerbaijani combat positions while carrying out agricultural work in a wheat field in the area known as 'Knyazants Kal.' This incident also led to the halting of agricultural activities.

The reports have been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
