Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Issues Statement
“The Armenian side must stop escalating tensions in the region and misusing the deployment of the European Union’s civilian observation mission in its territory to cover up its military provocations. It is essential that the presence of this mission in Armenia does not become an excuse for Armenia to evade its obligations. The Armenian political and military leadership bears full responsibility for all provocations against the peacekeeping measures being undertaken by Azerbaijan in the region,” said the statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
