Vladimir Putin Holds Security Council Meeting
Russian President Vladimir Putin conducted an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council, as reported by the Kremlin's Telegram channel.
During the meeting, cooperation issues in the Caspian region were discussed, with Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov presenting a report.
"We have many issues there, all of which involve our neighbors; we face a wide range of economic and political questions, which are constantly on the agenda in the field of security," said Putin, opening the meeting.
