Who is the New Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: Yesterday, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Hunanian, resigned, and in his place, 32-year-old Ani Badalyan has been appointed. She is well-known as the girlfriend of Vahan Kostanyan, who was recently appointed as Deputy Foreign Minister.

Ani Badalyan graduated from Yerevan State University with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations in 2012, enrolled in a Master's program in 2013, and has been working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2014. In January 2023, she was appointed as the acting head of the EU section in the Europe Department and, two months later, became the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Badalyan is not married.
