Putin and Pashinyan Hold Phone Conversation

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, had a phone conversation with Vladimir Putin, as reported by the Armenian government’s press service.

“Pashinyan addressed the humanitarian crisis caused by Azerbaijan’s blockade of the Lachin corridor in Artsakh, emphasizing the importance of Russia's efforts to overcome this challenge. In this context, the parties discussed the activities of the Russian peacekeeping mission in Artsakh.

The interlocutors also reviewed the implementation of the trilateral agreements made on November 9, January 11, and November 26 of 2020, as well as October 31, 2022.

Additionally, the leaders exchanged thoughts on various other agenda issues concerning bilateral cooperation. The phone conversation between Putin and Pashinyan was initiated by the Armenian side,” the statement read.
