The British publication Daily Mail has released photos of the luxurious new mansion preferred by singer and actress Jennifer Lopez and her husband, actor Ben Affleck, valued at $64 million.

The home, which the star couple is preparing to buy, features numerous amenities including eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The property is located north of Los Angeles.

53-year-old Lopez and 50-year-old Affleck were first spotted exploring the home in February. Informed sources told TMZ that they have frequently visited the property.
