Bayramov Accuses Armenia and Urges to Return to the Negotiation Table
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov addressed the process of normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
“Armenia must abandon its destructive stance and return to the negotiation table. Despite Armenia's refusal to participate in negotiations regarding the peace agreement in December and the obstacles created by Yerevan, Azerbaijan remains committed to the negotiation process,” he stated during a meeting with the UK’s Deputy Foreign Secretary Leo Dockerty.
According to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, the two sides discussed the current state of negotiations regarding the peace agreement, the normalization process of relations between Baku and Yerevan, and the situation created around the Lachin corridor during the meeting.
