Russian Rescuers Discover $150,000 Cash-Filled Pot Amid Turkey's Rubble
Russian rescuers have discovered a large sum of money buried amid the rubble of a residential building in Turkey, according to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. “While clearing another layer of debris following the devastating earthquake, employees of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry found a pot filled with $100 bills. The discovered amount of $150,000 has been handed over to local police for inventory,” the statement reads.
It should be noted that the death toll from the catastrophic earthquake in Turkey has reached 31,643.
