Preparing for a Wedding: What Happened in Sasunik and Why 10 Individuals Were Hospitalized
In the village of Sasunik, located in the Aragatsotn province, a family poisoned from a gas leak returned home yesterday and is now preparing to attend a wedding. This was conveyed by the village mayor in an interview with Auroranews.
Yesterday, emergency medical teams transported 10 individuals from one of the houses on 33rd Street in Sasunik to the ‘Ashtarak’ medical center due to poisoning.
“Several families are gathered today for a wedding. They all came together in one house for the event. I spoke with the son of the house a short while ago, and he said that a pot had been left on for several hours, which filled the house with gas, making them feel unwell,” the mayor noted.
Among those hospitalized were 35-year-old Alisa A., 9-year-old Milena M., 17-year-old Sevak M., 9-year-old Karen M., 16-year-old Lyova M., 46-year-old Kristine M., 45-year-old Sonya M., 39-year-old Rita M., 35-year-old Lilit M., and 38-year-old Tsaghik M.
