Video: Police Officers Pour Sand by Hand as Reports Arise of Poor Conditions on Yegvard-Yerevan Road

Due to black ice, traffic jams have formed on the Yegvard-Yerevan highway near Zovuni. Citizens using the road have reported this issue to Auroranews. They have sent a video from the scene, highlighting that the road is in a neglected state, with no salt or sand spread to ensure safe travel for motorists.

Eyewitnesses report that the situation is so dire that police officers are pouring sand by hand on the icy sections of the road.

Auroranews attempted to clarify with the Road Department why the road is in such condition. Initially, they requested that we specify which addresses were being referred to, and later informed us that they had notified the staff, and work would be carried out.
