Armenian Foreign Ministry on Violence and Vandalism Against Armenian Organizations in Jerusalem

The spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs conveyed Armenia's concern regarding the violence directed at the Armenian Patriarchate and Armenian residents in Jerusalem through a tweet. The statement read: 'We are deeply troubled by the recent violence and vandalism targeting Christian religious institutions in Jerusalem, including the Armenian Patriarchate and the Armenian residents of the Old City.'

It is worth noting that there have been attempts to climb the roof of the Armenian Patriarchate to remove Armenian flags and banners, as well as two attacks on Armenians.
