Sergey Ghazaryan Appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh
Sergey Ghazaryan has been appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, according to a statement from the Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh.
In a separate decree by President Arayik Harutyunyan, Davit Babayan has been relieved of his temporary duties as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Prior to this appointment, Sergey Ghazaryan held the position of Permanent Representative of Artsakh in Armenia.
