VIDEO: I said I was ready to sign, but Azerbaijan refused, Pashinyan on Russian document
On the unblocking of highways connecting Azerbaijan's western regions and Nakhchivan, our and Russia's positions coincide and based on all this, the Russian Deputy Prime Minister prepared the text of a trilateral statement. I said I was ready to sign it. Azerbaijan did not want to sign that text.
This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press conference, also referring to the canceled trilateral meeting in St. Petersburg.
