Foggy Conditions and Closed Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has announced that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia.

In the Aragatsotn province, the roads from the "Amberd" high-altitude meteorological station to the Amberd Fortress and Lake Kari are closed.

Fog is observed in the provinces of Armavir, Ararat, and the Ashtarak region of Aragatsotn.

Regarding the Lars area, according to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations Department and the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations' North Ossetia crisis management center, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
