Video: Air Defense Worked Over Belgorod, Casualties Reported
The air defense system operated in the direction of Belgorod city and Belgorod region, resulting in one fatality and several injuries. This information was shared by the governor of the region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, on his Telegram channel.
“The air defense system has been deployed over Belgorod and the Belgorod region. Currently, there is information about one death and four injured. Medical teams are transferring them to the hospital,” he wrote.
Gladkov is currently at the scene. Earlier, he provided information regarding the condition of the injured. “Regarding Belgorod, there are four individuals with moderate injuries. I spoke with two of them on-site. A man has sustained injuries from shrapnel in his back, and a woman has facial injuries. Miraculously, two children who were in the house were unharmed. God saved them,” noted Gladkov.
According to him, the injured are receiving necessary medical assistance.
“In the Luch microdistrict, the windows of four apartment buildings have been damaged. Various damages have also occurred in the private sector, with preliminary data indicating 14 residential buildings and 9 vehicles affected. All emergency services are on-site,” the governor stated.
As for the Belgorod region, there is one confirmed death.”
