Vučić Makes Statement on Kosovo After National Security Council Emergency Meeting
The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, called on Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo to return to peace following an emergency meeting of the National Security Council in response to the escalating situation in Northern Kosovo. This was reported by МК.
“It is important for us to maintain peace and to appeal for calm to both Albanians and Serbs,” said the head of state.
The media reports that special police forces of Kosovo have taken control of the facility located at the Gazivode dam. Children in the region will not attend school on Monday.
