Statement from Artsakh Parliamentary Factions
The Azerbaijanis, who have used phosphorus bombs against the peaceful population of Artsakh, have blocked the Stepanakert-Goris life road for the second time in recent days under the pretext of environmental protection. This road was granted the status of a corridor in the trilateral agreement of November 9 (10).
We strongly condemn the provocative actions organized by Azerbaijan's military-political leadership, which aim to destabilize the situation in the region.
We urge the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh to exercise restraint and remain vigilant in order to collectively prevent any provocative actions by the Azerbaijanis. Our people, who have overcome numerous difficulties in their struggle for existence, will once again face the existing and future challenges.
We call on the international community to take concrete actions to restrain Azerbaijan's aggressive ambitions.
We urge Russian peacekeepers to take firmer measures within the framework of the trilateral agreement to prevent such inhumane actions by Azerbaijanis.
