Toivo Klaar Departing from Yerevan to Istanbul
The European Union's Special Representative Toivo Klaar is departing from Yerevan to Istanbul. Klaar announced this on Twitter, without specifying what meetings he will have in Turkey.
Yesterday, the EU official was received in Yerevan by the Prime Minister, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Armenian officials discussed issues related to the peace agreement, recent developments around Nagorno-Karabakh, and the rights and security of the Armenian population in Artsakh with Klaar.
