Russia is considered, perhaps, the main investor in Armenia: Putin
Russia continues to be Armenia's leading trade and economic partner. This was stated by the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
“I would like to draw attention once again to the fact that Russia remains Armenia’s leading trade and economic partner. More than 30% of Armenia’s trade turnover is conducted with Russia. Russia is considered, perhaps, the main investor in Armenia, with about 40% of investments. In the first 10 months of this year, the growth in trade turnover has reached 67%. This is a very serious and good indicator,” said Putin.
