Problems Really Have Existed: Putin on Issues in the Army
Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking about issues in the army, told reporters that all questions are being discussed with the Ministry of Defense, and he is assured that these problems are becoming less acute. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
"We regularly work with the Ministry of Defense, discussing these issues almost every day. I must say that problems really have existed, judging by what you said, they probably still remain, although I am confident that they are gradually becoming less significant and are no longer as sharp as at the beginning of this process, especially related to mobilization. But judging by what you've said, and I believe you are right, the issues are still far from being fully resolved, but it's only a matter of time," Putin stated during a press conference following his visit to Kyrgyzstan.
