Architect Vruyr Kocharyan wrote on his Facebook page: “This is the 'patch job' done by the Yerevan City Hall. Today I heard that after the New Year events, they are planning to fill in the passages of the buildings in the square. Naturally, they won’t bring 50 shades of mortar to ensure each stone matches its respective color. It is already clear what will happen.”

Recall that since yesterday, the internet has been discussing how organizers of the New Year events have endangered the Government building, the Museum of History building, and other monuments.
