Rafael Melkumyan Rescues Two Women and Young Children from Fire in Ivanovo Region
The press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reports that Captain Rafael Melkumyan rescued two women and young children from a fire in the Ivanovo region.
According to the source, the police officer was off duty at the time. Melkumyan was with a friend when he heard the sounds of children coming from a neighbor's house and noticed smoke. He successfully managed to bring everyone out of the burning house.
The statement mentions that Melkumyan continues to assist the neighbors affected by the fire, helping them acquire clothing and necessary items.
