Picture of Vladimir Putin Removed from the Road to Zvartnots Airport: Internet Discussion Unfolds
A recent report has emerged indicating that a picture of Russian President Vladimir Putin has been removed from the road leading to Zvartnots Airport. This information was shared by users on Facebook.
However, it remains unclear whether the picture was removed recently or some time ago. Citizens are only noting that it has been taken down. Former member of the 'Citizen's Decision' bloc, Garegin Miskaryan, also mentioned this on his Facebook page, although it appears that the post has since been deleted.
One user wrote, 'I just returned from Zvartnots Airport, and there are no banners related to Putin or Russia on the roads leading to and from Yerevan.'
Earlier, we reported that users on Facebook had shared images from Yerevan where U.S. flags have been displayed in several areas ahead of the visit of Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. It should be noted that Pelosi is set to arrive in Armenia today. No information has yet been provided regarding the schedule of her visit.
