Azerbaijan is Trying to Achieve the Opening of the Syunik Corridor, Says Seyran Ohanyan
The leader of the Armenia Parliamentary Group 'Hayastan', Seyran Ohanyan, stated in a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly that Azerbaijan is trying to tighten the noose around Armenia and increase pressures on the Armenian authorities to achieve the opening of the Syunik corridor.
Ohanyan mentioned, "The Armenian authorities, knowing the situation, especially the agreements in the negotiation process, were obliged to prepare the Armed Forces and the society."
The MP emphasized that in this situation, the Armenian authorities must assess the situation clearly and evaluate all the changes that have taken place as a result of tactical actions, including the number of those killed, captives, missing persons, and wounded, and present them properly to the public.
Ohanyan highlighted, "The next step should be to take measures so that Armenia can be prepared for such provocations in the future."
