1 Million Drams for 19 Watches: Prosecutor's Office Luxurious Purchases
The Office of the Chief Prosecutor of Armenia has purchased 19 wristwatches, spending approximately 1 million drams from the state budget. According to documents obtained by ArmLur.am, the prosecutor's office acquired 14 men's watches and 5 women's watches. Notably, the state body paid 55,000 drams for each men's watch, while each women's watch cost 45,800 drams.
ArmLur.am has reviewed the specifications of the watches and established that they are made of stainless steel, are water-resistant, have leather straps, and their buckles feature rose gold properties. It is worth mentioning that the Office of the Chief Prosecutor signed a contract with “El W Ar Group” as only this company participated in the competition.
