Economic Activity Growth Rate Accelerated, Says Tunyán

RA National Assembly Deputy and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Babken Tunyán has made a post on his Facebook page, stating:

“In May of this year, the economic activity growth rate in Armenia has accelerated. According to the Statistical Committee, from January to May 2022, compared to the same period last year, the EAI (economic activity index) has increased by 10.2%. On a monthly basis (compared to May of the previous year), economic activity has grown by 13%,” wrote Tunyán.
