Russia Offers Honest Cooperation to the West, Says Lavrov
Russia is offering the West honest cooperation in areas of mutual interest, but the West is unwilling to engage. This statement was made by Sergey Lavrov, the head of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as reported by Interfax.
“We have done everything in our power. We have proposed and continue to propose honest cooperation in areas that are of mutual interest,” Lavrov stated in an interview with the Belarusian national state television and radio company. He added, “They do not wish to do so.”
