Anna Hakobyan Travels to Monaco
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'The wife of the Prime Minister, Anna Hakobyan, is preparing to travel to the Principality of Monaco this weekend, where she will also transit through Nice on her way back to participate in the 35th anniversary of the Parsamyan School's foundation. According to our information, she will be accompanied by the Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs, Zareh Sinanyan. The purpose of Mrs. Hakobyan's trip to Monaco, where there is no Armenian community, is not known. However, our information has been confirmed by the Commissioner’s office.
Zareh Sinanyan’s spokesperson, Amalia Karapetyan, stated that, yes, within the weekend, visits and meetings are planned for the Prime Minister's wife, during which she will be accompanied by the Chief Commissioner for the Diaspora. 'Since the agenda is entirely dedicated to the visit of the Prime Minister's wife, it would be appropriate to direct questions directly to her. Mr. Sinanyan will accompany her. The occasion is that the First Lady has received an invitation to attend the 35th anniversary ceremony of the Parsamyan School. Mr. Sinanyan has also received an invitation from the Armenian community in Nice,' she said.
Will Mr. Sinanyan accompany Anna Hakobyan in Monaco? 'Mr. Sinanyan will be present at the scheduled meetings during the visit,' was the response.
There is no information provided by the Commissioner’s office regarding the organizers of the visit, as the primary invitation has been extended to Anna Hakobyan. In fact, Mrs. Hakobyan has been invited by the Armenian community of Nice.
PS: Our numerous attempts to contact Anna Hakobyan's office have failed. The office and staff are no longer accessible to journalists. Perhaps after the visit, at least a formal statement or report by H1 will show that the First Lady visited the Armenian community in Nice for very important matters and reached significant agreements.'
