Ukraine No Longer Exists Within Its Former Borders and Never Will, Zakharova States
The official spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has stated that Ukraine no longer exists within its former borders and never will.
“The Ukraine that you and we knew, in essence, no longer exists within its previous borders. And it will not be. This is obvious,” said the diplomat in an interview with Sky News Arabia during SPIEF 2022.
Earlier, Crimea's permanent representative Muradov explained why Ukraine would not maintain its existing borders. In his opinion, over the past years, Kyiv has openly violated the rights of the Russian people, which are enshrined in the country's constitution.
